The Brewery

The new brew plant was installed in Jan 09 by Graham Moss and production started shortly afterwards.  As well as an increased capacity, the new plant provided improved wort transfer capabilities, cleaning in place (CIP) for the Fermentation Vessels and dedicated chilling of the fermented wort.
