19 Jan 10 - work starts on an extension to the NE part of the brewery.  This extension will provide more room to carry out current operations but will also enable, if required, the purchase of a third FV.

 

Jan 10 - Very good article about the Brewery in The Scots Magazine.  It was written by local lady Terry Williams and she also took the photographs.

The ground is prepared

Drainage and water pipework complete and concrete laid

23 Feb 10 - Frame, roof, sliding door and 1 wall completed

23 Feb - difficult to see because of sun!

31 Mar 10 -  External walls now completed and some work done inside.  Much still to do!

2 Apr 10 - A proud day indeed.  For the first time ever 3 different Plockton Brewery beers on at the same time in a pub (Blackfriars in Inverness).  Thanks, Del!
